Our databases, especially in the field of tourism are huge, and through experience of our clients we generally know who would be interested in any given advertising opportunity. This knowledge means that the “hard sell” never has to be used – it is just not part of our make-up – but Lorna likes coaxing clients by giving them offers they could not possibly refuse. This means that we have to be flexible as well which goes with the business.
