in2design & publishing - online booking serviceAD SALES | DATA AD MANAGEMENT | WEBSITEThis was a project set up to develop and improve our own existing booking system for clients advertising in the VisitScotland's Groups & Travel Organiser's Guide. The collection and formatting of copy for the guide took up a considerable amount of time for both ourselves and our clients. The existing system relied completely on paper which also generated heavy postage costs for all parties involved. Therefore, we decided to implement an online system that would allow advertisers to view, edit and submit their adverts online via a unique username and password. The system has proved extremely successful so far - being praised by many of our clients - and has significantly reduced our administration work allowing us to focus our attention on more important details. It is a system we would love to see other businesses using in the future. |
